COMPUTERISED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In conjunction with a major client CTC has implemented a Graphical Interface (GI) type Computerised Maintenance Management system (CMMS) from scratch, which involved establishing a data base, developing a naming convention for assets, and linking them up to the GI and to appropriate cost centres.

Thousands of inventory items were entered into the data base and linked to the assets, forming a Bill of Materials.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

The development of Preventative Maintenance tasks (PM's) forms a regular maintenance strategy within the CMMS. Hundreds of PM's are undertaken throughout the year to ensure regular and complete maintenance.
