EXPERIENCE
Our contract with our major client is for 3+2+2 years. Current value of the
contract is in excess of $6 million per year.
The contract provides for exclusive mechanical and electrical maintenance supply, exclusive mechanical and electrical break down service supply, the supply of all additional external maintenance contractors
and supply and control of all maintenance parts.
We employ permanently some 30 trades people,across the trades of
mechanical fitters, electrical fitters and fabricators.
Additional fabricators, mechanical fitters and electrical fitters
are bought in on as demand fluctuates, together with other skilled personnel as required.
BUDGETING & COST CONTROL The key Administration staff and Leading Hands have long histories in budget setting and cost control.
CTC has in the past worked closely with a major client in the setting of its maintenance budget and in monitoring performance to budget month by month.
Some personnel have experience in capital budgeting, in financial analysis of capital proposals,
and in project financial management.
REPORTING FOR CLIENTS.
Reports are tailored to suit the need of individual clients.
Information is supplied that facilitates upload into client accounting systems.
Non accounting information is supplied in formats requested by clients, appropriate to their management requirements.
Reports cover labour costs, labour hours, expenditure committments and actual expenditures.
STORES AND SPARE PARTS. CTC manages a spare parts store on behalf of a major client.
The store value is in excess of $1 million.
This store is part of the CMMS system, which allows for full tracking of parts to equipment.
This facilitates accurate measurement of maintenance costs and economic level of spares holdings.
CTC also has its own store of stainless steel tubing and fittings the value of which is in excess of $150,000.
